The brown eggs are available in format of eight (8)eggs. The consumption of brown eggs has decreased in the last few years. During that same period the offer also decreased. This is due to many producers deciding to leave this special production, as the productivity of the hens who lay white eggs is always higher than brown every year. However, the organic and the free run eggs remain brown.
